SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL PURCHASED ITEMS, SALE OR DISCOUNTED,  ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

All custom orders, made to order handbags and face mask items are not eligible for refund or exchange due to nature or raw material and handmade craftsmanship.

Items purchased at full price may be exchange within 14 days from the day of  delivery with no questions asked minus restocking fee of 10%. The item must be returned within its original packaging and in the exact condition that it was sent.

Refunds are (1)less shipping cost, international customs duties,  (2)restocking fee of 10% (3)taxes that may have been incurred during purchase.

If items arrive damaged you have 24 hour to report damage for full refund. You must provide evidence of damages. All items arrived damaged must be reported within first 24 hours of delivery.

All orders purchased over $300USD are provided with insurance due to the valuable nature.

If you wish to return an item, please email us about your intention to return for an exchange or refund and please provide evidence.

  • Items authorized to be returned will be assessed upon receipt ensuring and excellent condition before a refund or exchange is processed.

  • Hayley Madison LLC is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items are faulty due to design malfunction or design error.

  • Hayley Madison LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of items in transit during return. It is HIGHLY recommended to add your own insurance for your protection and additional refund option by carrier.

FYI: If your return is damaged or loss in transit, you will need to file a claim with carrier/ shipper.

Hayley Madison LLC reserves the right to deny credit for a return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Please note used or worn merchandise will not be accepted nor refund or exchange will be provided.

Refund will be issued back to the original payment method or store credit only.
